To create my personalized nutrition plan and for the fulfillment of the service, I voluntarily GIVE MY CONSENT for the Company to process the health data I provide. This includes information such as my height, weight, dietary habits, medical conditions, and medication use. I also consent to this data being stored on secure servers and shared with relevant experts only when necessary to provide the Online Dietitian & Nutrition Counseling service.
