My Partnership Principles

For all brand partnerships, my primary commitment is to the health of my audience and the integrity of scientific evidence. To protect this trust, I only consider collaborations that meet the following standards:

• Science-Backed Products Only: I do not partner with brands that make 'miracle' claims or lack solid scientific support for their products.
• Verified and Safe Supplements: I will not promote any dietary supplement that has not been rigorously tested and approved by relevant health authorities for safety and quality.
• No Unethical Claims: I refuse to be part of any project that promotes unhealthy weight loss methods or contributes to a negative body image.
• Full Transparency: Every partnership is clearly and openly disclosed to my audience as a sponsored collaboration. Trust is non-negotiable.
