Coconut Mood: portion size and cream ingredients

A 25 g amount of coconut Biscolata Mood contains 134 kcal, 8.33 g sugars and 7.95 g fat. The whole 125 g cup provides 670 kcal. Coconut flavour does not turn a sweet cream-filled biscuit into a portion of coconut.

Dividing a 125 g cup

Five equal weighed portions of 25 g use the whole cup. A 40 g amount gives about 214 kcal and 13.32 g sugars. An individual piece weight has not been verified, so a biscuit count cannot give a precise energy calculation; weigh the amount you intend to eat.

At an equal 25 g weight, coconut and regular chocolate Mood provide 134 versus 125 kcal and 8.33 versus 9.28 g sugars. Coconut has slightly less sugar but more energy. One nutrient row cannot establish that a flavour is lighter overall.

How much coconut is present?

White-chocolate and coconut cream accounts for 62% of the product. Coconut flour is 2% of that cream, equivalent to about 1.24% of the whole biscuit. A 25 g portion therefore contains roughly 0.31 g coconut flour, far less than a portion of nuts or fruit.

White chocolate is also 1% of the cream. Its own cocoa-solids and milk-solids percentages are not percentages of the entire biscuit. Fibre is only 0.2 g per 25 g, so the coconut name does not establish a high-fibre product.

Milk ingredients and the sodium discrepancy

Whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder and whey powder are listed ingredients. Wheat gluten and egg are also present, with possible traces of hazelnut, sesame, soya and peanut. Coconut flavour should not be interpreted as an absence of dairy.

The supplier reports 0.6 g salt per 100 g, but its sodium row has an inconsistent amount and unit. Sodium therefore remains unknown in the calculator. If you need to track sodium, use a reliable panel on the actual package.

Source note: Calculations use the supplier label for the 125 g coconut Mood cup. The displayed 302.8 g sodium value is excluded; interpreting it as milligrams would still conflict with salt. Unreported cholesterol, vitamins and minerals are not treated as zero.
