Dimes Cool Lime Mix calories

Dimes Cool Lime Mix, the manufacturer's current name for the product, contains 33 kcal and 8.1 g sugar per 100 ml. The entire 310 ml carton provides about 102 kcal and 25.11 g sugar. It is not plain lime juice; other Cool Lime varieties need their own labels.

How do you prepare it?

The manufacturer specifies one measure of mix to three measures of cold water, with plenty of ice. For example, 60 ml mix and 180 ml plain water make 240 ml before ice is added. The drink contains about 20 kcal and 4.86 g sugar. Adding water changes the volume, not the calories from the mix.

Enter the amount of mix poured from the carton into the calculator, rather than the final volume in the glass. The 240 ml prepared-drink example uses a 60 ml product entry. Melting ice increases the volume and dilutes the flavour, but the original amount of sugar remains.

How much does a carton make?

Combining the full 310 ml carton with 930 ml water gives 1,240 ml before ice. The whole jug still contains about 102 kcal. A 310 ml amount of undiluted mix is therefore different from 310 ml of the prepared drink. Syrup, fruit juice or another added beverage contributes separately to the total.

The word “lime” does not establish that the product is pure juice or sugar-free. The current label states total sugar, but detailed ingredient percentages are not supplied on the public page. No particular lime percentage has been assigned. For portion planning, the volume of mix used and any added ingredients are more informative than the flavour name.

Homemade lemon-and-mint cool lime has its own fruit, sugar and straining steps. The ready-made mix’s one-to-three ratio does not apply to that recipe’s gram-based calculation; choose the entry matching what you prepare.

Source and dilution basis

The nutrition panel and one-to-three preparation ratio come from the manufacturer's Dimes Cool Lime Mix page. The 100 ml panel describes the product in the carton; it has not been multiplied by four as though it described a prepared drink. Fat, protein and fibre are declared zeros. Undeclared micronutrients remain unknown.
