A 50 g pack of Namet Chicken Ham provides approximately 52 kcal, with 103 kcal per 100 g. Chicken is the main ingredient, accompanied by potato starch, water, spices and salt. It is a different product from plain cooked chicken breast and should not use the same nutrition table.

What does a 50 g pack add to a sandwich?

The full pack supplies approximately 52 kcal, 7 g protein, 2.5 g carbohydrate, 1.5 g fat, 0.35 g saturated fat and 1 g salt. Calculated sodium is 400 mg. Half the pack by weight, or 25 g, supplies about 26 kcal, 3.5 g protein and 0.5 g salt.

If a sandwich contains two deli products, count each ingredient by its own weight. Adding cheese to 25 g chicken ham increases salt as well as protein. Dividing a pack evenly between two sandwiches makes the contribution from the ham easier to track. For another amount, weigh the slices and enter grams in the calculator; slices need not all have the same weight.

The same 30 g of Banvit Bi’Dilim Chicken Ham provides 0.39 g salt, versus 0.60 g for the reviewed Namet formula. Equal weights reveal the difference without relying on pack or slice count.

Is it lighter than beef ham?

The reviewed 50 g beef ham from the same brand has about 47 kcal and 6.5 g protein, compared with 52 kcal and 7 g protein for chicken ham. Salt is 1.5 g in the beef product and 1 g in the chicken product. “Chicken” alone therefore does not mean fewer calories; compare equal weights and the panels on your own packs.

For a smoked product, read the 50 g and 150 g smoked-chicken label distinction separately. A ham-pack calculation does not automatically apply to another deli product.

Ingredients and chilled storage

The ingredient statement includes thickener E407, stabilisers E450/E452, antioxidant E316 and preservative E250. Store at 0–4 °C and follow the package's instructions after opening. Sugars are not separately declared, so the 5 g carbohydrate per 100 g should not be logged as 5 g sugar. Read the complete pack for allergen information.
