Carte d’Or profiterole ice cream calories

The current Turkey 800 ml Dünya Tatlıları/Selection profiterole ice cream label provides 216 kcal per 100 g. A weighed 60 g serving gives 130 kcal, 13.8 g sugars and 4.44 g saturated fat. The older Patisserie name retained on the page does not establish an identical formulation; use your own label if the pack differs.

Can you calculate the whole 800 ml tub?

800 ml describes volume, not 800 g of ice cream. Özdilek lists a net weight of 484 g for the matching product, giving approximately 1,045 kcal for that tub. Use a different total if the weight on your pack differs. Scoops vary with the utensil and how firmly the ice cream is packed. Tare your bowl and weigh the serving: 90 g gives 194 kcal and 20.7 g sugars.

At an equal 60 g, Atelier Gelarto biscuit-caramel ice cream provides about 128 kcal, 16.8 g sugars and 3.36 g saturated fat. The profiterole example has similar calories but less sugar and more saturated fat; one number does not describe the whole comparison.

Ice cream is not the same as plated profiteroles

Profiterole-style ice cream and cream-filled choux pastries with chocolate sauce need separate nutrition references. Accompaniments also change the total. For example, 60 g of the ice cream with 20 g of the cocoa crinkle-cookie reference gives approximately 216 kcal. Different cookie or ice cream formulations require a fresh calculation.

The pastry, cream and sauce dessert prepared from the Dr. Oetker profiterole kit declares 199 kcal per 100 g. It is separate from the profiterole ice-cream panel here; recording both under the same product name changes the serving calculation.

Check the pastry ingredients as well as the milk

The reference label contains milk, wheat/gluten and egg. It also carries a precautionary warning for peanut, soy, almond, hazelnut, walnut, pistachio and sesame. Checking only for milk would miss the pastry allergens. An older pack or a product sold in another country may have a different statement.

Source note: The supplier table was compared with an explicit 100 g panel for the same 800 ml product. Sodium 80 mg per 100 g is calculated from 0.2 g salt. The 484 g tub calculation uses the supplier's stated net weight; undeclared micronutrients remain unknown.
