Values are calculated from a 100 g basis. The product, recipe and serving amount can change the result. See the food-specific notes below for the reference used.

108 calories and 8 g protein per 200 g bowl

A 200 g serving of Eker semi-skimmed yogurt provides 108 calories, 8 g protein and 3 g fat. A smaller 150 g bowl provides 81 calories and 6 g protein. The manufacturer’s whole 500 g pot contains 270 calories; pack size does not prescribe how much to eat at one sitting.

The historical Eker Light yogurt example also supplies 3 g fat and 8 g protein per 200 g, but about 110 calories. Matching fat amounts do not make every label value interchangeable.

Reading the sugar figure for plain yogurt

The manufacturer declares 6.2 g total sugars per 100 g, or 12.4 g in a 200 g bowl. That number alone does not mean the same quantity of table sugar was added. Semi-skimmed also does not establish lactose-free status: fat content and lactose labelling describe different things.

Adding fruit to the bowl

A 150 g yogurt portion contributes 81 calories before fruit, oats or nuts are added. With 75 g fresh mulberries, the bowl provides about 113 calories and 7.08 g protein. If honey or walnuts are added too, those figures no longer represent the complete bowl.

Serving it beside a meal or as a sauce

If 200 g yogurt accompanies a vegetable dish for two and is shared equally, each person receives 54 calories and 4 g protein from the yogurt. Oil or mayonnaise mixed into it adds fat to the sauce. Starting with semi-skimmed yogurt does not remove the other ingredients from the calculation.

The separate Light yogurt entry was not merged with it. Undeclared micronutrients, including calcium, remain unknown.
