Eti double-roasted hazelnut milk chocolate calories

The supplier label for the 60 g reference pack lists 569 kcal, 40 g sugar and 38 g fat per 100 g. The entire tablet provides about 341 kcal and 24 g sugar. Double-roasted describes the hazelnut processing; it is not a claim that the chocolate has fewer calories or less sugar.

Weigh a piece instead of counting squares

Dividing a 60 g tablet into four equal portions by weight gives 15 g each: about 85 kcal, 6 g sugar and 2.85 g saturated fat. A molded square may not weigh 15 g; weigh the piece you eat. Half the pack, 30 g, provides about 171 kcal, 12 g sugar and 3 g protein. Use equal weights when comparing it with another chocolate. The grams-versus-squares explanation shows why piece count alone is insufficient for thin, thick and filled tablets.

What does 16% hazelnuts mean?

The ingredient list gives 16% double-roasted hazelnuts, equivalent to 9.6 g hazelnuts in a 60 g tablet. The full tablet provides 6 g protein alongside 22.8 g fat and 24 g sugar. It does not have the same nutritional composition as an equal weight of plain hazelnuts. Cocoa and milk solids percentages within the milk chocolate component should also not be read as percentages of the entire tablet. The hazelnut percentage inside Biscolata Minis cream requires a separate multiplication, so percentages on different products may not describe the same thing.

The white-and-milk-chocolate Ece Trio example declares 8% whole hazelnuts. That corresponds to 1.6 g whole nuts per 20 g, compared with a calculated 3.2 g at the same weight of this 16%-hazelnut tablet. Those percentages do not replace the complete products’ sugar and fat panels.

Allergens and product identity

It contains milk and hazelnuts, with possible traces of pistachio, almond, gluten, soy and peanut. These figures apply to the 60 g double-roasted hazelnut milk chocolate, not dark, filled or other nut varieties. Fiber and calcium amounts remain unknown; having nuts and milk in the ingredients does not establish exact quantities for those nutrients.

Sharing or using it in dessert

Weighing the amount you separate is more consistent than relying on the number of squares. In a recipe, divide the chocolate’s contribution by the actual number of equal servings. For example, 60 g shared between four desserts contributes about 85 kcal from chocolate to each dessert. Other ingredients are additional. Follow the package’s cool, dry storage instructions.
