Values are calculated from a 100 g basis. The product, recipe and serving amount can change the result. See the food-specific notes below for the reference used.

A 120 g slice is not a 150 g slice

A 120 g slice of this lattice apple tart provides about 323 kcal. A 150 g portion provides about 404 kcal, and a small 60 g slice 161 kcal. A larger slice contains more pastry as well as filling; compare slices from this recipe at equal weights.

The reference uses a flour mixture

The recipe contains apple, sugar, cinnamon, margarine, egg and an ingredient listed as flour mixture. That mixture has a different protein value from ordinary wheat flour. If you bake with wheat flour, the shared name apple tart does not make this an exact calculation for your recipe. The term flour mixture also does not establish that it is gluten-free.

The apple-and-walnut tart made with olive oil, light yogurt and a sweetener is another recipe. Changing fat, flour and sweetening method changes the calculation even at the same slice weight.

Cooked filling under a lattice top

The apple filling is cooked with sugar, cooled and spread over the pastry. Strips of dough form a lattice on top. This differs from a pie using raw grated, drained apple and grated chilled dough as a topping. Cream or ice cream added at the table is separate from the tart's slice calculation.

Sources: Diyetkolik apple tart and its flour-mixture ingredient. The calculation uses 322.94 kcal per 120 g and the explicit per-100-g nutrient column. The conflicting prose pairing 323 kcal with 150 g was not used. Sugar amounts differ between the list and method, and the final powdered-sugar quantity is absent; no complete new recipe or baked yield was inferred.
